The second phase was WELCOME HOME, a plan to breathe life

into the new building and showcase the advantages of the new office space, including greater flexibility, open spaces, its own cafeteria, etc.

A weekly newsletter was created with informative content and

a dynamic campaign website with up-to-date information.

Very good results were obtained in terms of participation and visits

to the website.

Informative posters were also made to highlight the advantages of the new headquarters. We managed to reinforce corporate culture and generate company-wide excitement about the change.

Employee Campaign

We proposed an annual internal communication campaign in two phases.

The first was ALWAYS CLOSE BY, which coincided with the lockdown and in which content was created to get employees to connect with each other, as well as a podcast, new social spaces on the intranet and online chats.

In 2020, Sareb faced a challenge in internal communication when the company moved its headquarters from the Paseo de la Castellana to a less attractive area in the north of Madrid. When the pandemic broke out, everything got complicated. The company had just a few short months to generate connection, empathy and enthusiasm for the project.
