HAO! AGILE, THE TRIBE'S GREETING

With a new organizational model based on tribes, we proposed a communication plan that was close to the people and involved them. ING employees welcomed the Agile model with an amusing parallelism with Indian tribes. They received different impacts through internal channels and participated in training days and workshops with improvisation theater as a tool.
