THE PERFECT JOURNEY
We designed a complete employee experience that took the team on a 4-day trip
to the Amalfi Coast, where they became Conquerors of new territories. From the first communication impacts, participants received messages of improvement,
which reinforced the feeling of belonging to a winning team.
Emails, hospitality desk, meeting rooms, hotel rooms and each of the strategically personalized activities made for 4 unforgettable days that combined training, fun and work. The perfect way to make our target audience into bona fide Conquerors.

An activity with different challenges along the coast, pushing teams to complete objectives and finish in style with a common activity. Using an app, participants
